After discovering scientific illustration before starting my higher education, I started my training in this exciting discipline through the Spanish academy Illustraciencia, a project organized by the Museo Nacional en Ciencias and the Asociación Catalana de la Comunicación Científica, but also with other programs such as Natural History Illustration 101 at Newcastle University.
In August 2023 I won the first biological illustration contest of the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico, and in this same year the proyect "ilustrobiologia" was born. Since then I have been illustrating scientific publications and other science communication projects for laboratories in Mexico and Canada.
I have also participated in group exhibitions such as Ellas Ilustranbotanica at the Madrid Botanical Garden, as well as awareness-raising initiatives at the University of Sherbrooke and the Museum of Nature and Science in the same city. All these experiences have allowed me to enter the world of research, enriching my professional and artistic experience and consequently influencing my style and goals.
I am currently studying biology at Sorbonne Universite, and I hope to continue discovering and contributing to the exciting world of biological sciences.
